1. Unmarked Vehicles
- We understand that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable. That’s why our team arrives in unmarked vehicles to protect your privacy and ensure discretion throughout the entire cleaning process.
2. No uniforms
- To help clients feel as comfortable and discreet as possible, our team does not wear branded uniforms. We arrive in everyday clothing to maintain privacy and create a more relaxed, non-judgemental experience.
3. Rubish removal
- We work around what feels most comfortable for you. Clients can choose between discreet rubbish removal using our van over multiple trips, or a skip for larger clear-outs completed in one go.
4. Posting content.
- We never post photos or videos of your home without clear written consent. Your privacy, dignity and trust are always our priority.
